Collection and handling of personal data

We collect and process personal data that is necessary for the provision of our consultancy services and for effective communication.

When you contact us via our contact form or by email, we collect and process your contact details (such as your name, email address, telephone number and company) as well as information relating to your enquiry and needs. We process this personal data for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, preparing for offerings and, where applicable, performing our contractual obligations. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing and responding to customer enquiries.

Where a business relationship has been established, we collect and process information about your role within the customer company, as well as billing information (which may include the company registration number and contact details). We process this personal data for the purposes of performing our contractual obligations and complying with our legal obligations, in particular those arising under the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).

Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the operation and security of our website. These cookies are used to ensure that the website functions properly and to provide the services you have requested. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as required by applicable law. Personal data relating to customer agreements and invoicing is retained for seven (7) years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen). Contact enquiries where no contractual relationship has been established are deleted after twelve (12) months.

Transfers to Third Parties

We use third-party service providers, including hosting providers, email service providers, cloud storage providers and our accounting and invoicing providers, that may process personal data on our behalf. We only share the personal data that is necessary for these providers to perform their services, and we have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with providers that act as data processors on our behalf. These agreements ensure that your personal data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of your personal data, to request restriction of processing, and to object to the processing of your personal data.
